Thank you for great customer service and fast shipI bought the jackery 2000 and two 200 watt solar panels to start with, when I received the generator it had about 14% charge. And I wanted to see if my 2000 watt gas generator would charge it? that worked great and charged it in about 2 hours.
Next I wanted to see how long it would run my full size refrigerator? I ran it for about 14 hours and the jackery 2000 still had 50% power left, Wow!! Impressive
The following day I decided to check out the solar panels and see how they worked? and hung them on my garden fence post and were charging at around 360 watts Not bad for just 2 solar panels.
I liked it so much I decided to order another Jackery 2000 and 2 more solar panels,and also the splitters and extension cords. I have easy access to my roof and put 4 solar panels up there, And at one point was charging at just over 700 watts.
When my finances allow me I will be ordering 2 more solar panels to complete my charge capability.
I bought 2 jackery 2000’s so I can use One while I’m charging the other one for continious power in case of a power outage, as I live here in Florida

Major flawThis model errors ever day and will not charge from solar until the charging cable is pulled out and put back in. Jackery knows about this particular model and there is no fix.
I love the unit otherwise but it’s like having your breaker flipped every night.

Panel broke on the first use!!!!I like the Jackery product. The power station worked fine but the solar panel broke immediately. The power station worked as expected. Be sure that you are ok with the size and weight of the power station. The solar panel is very long and functions as expected. The problem was that the place where you connect the cord to the panel started separating immediately. I reached out to Walmart immediately who put me in contact with Jackery. I filled out the questionnaire that they sent me and never heard back. I decided that it just wasn’t worth it for me so I returned the unit to Walmart for the refund.
