Armstrong Peel and Stick Floor TileWe started doing my craft room and plan on doing another room with the grey Travertine color. Much to my surprise the tiles now adays are bigger instead of these being 12 x 12 the are 12 x24 so that’s going to save us time. I love the color it will brighten any room , We had to take up the rug and it was stone floor so had to put in a sub floor and my husband got me started and were sharing the fun of putting in this new flooring. We decided to use a dab of ligiid nails in each corner just to be on the safe side. 15 units covers 30 square feet boxes are really heavy so we used a chart to haul them in our project room . we have a little to go but so far so good.

Armstrong peel & stick tileVery durable looking tile. There were three cartons in my order
With fifteen 1′ x 2′ tiles. The marble looking tile is very attractive.
The instructions are on the cartoon. The three cartons weighed a hefty 85 lbs.
I installed the tile in a mudroom entrance. You need 48 hours to acclimate the tile
Where they will be placed.within 55° to 88 ° F. This tile does not contain
asbestos and shouldn’t be placed over resilient flooring OSB,or cushioned
Flooring. It was an easy install and looks great.

Great diy flooring projectI had so much fun putting on a new bathroom floor and hallway floor. It was much easier than I expected to place them . It was a little challenging to size the tiles for places that weren’t straight such as around the sink or toilet . The tiles are relatively easy to cut with a razor and bending them in half although it didn’t always come out perfectly straight. For my first time I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was and how nice it looks . I plan to buy it again and do it neater the next time.

Bright and Easy to HandleMy plan was to use these Armstrong tiles in the bathroom, but had to remove the old stick-on tile first. (btw, using a hair dryer and putty knife makes this a breeze)
After doing that, there’s the prep work before laying the new tile. I just haven’t gotten to that part yet, but am anxious to see the new look.
I’m also considering using a contrasting vinyl tile grout to separate them from each other.
Using these tiles can really open up your imagination.

The color is very light grey. Very light. Perfect for small or darker areas.
They are slightly textured, very sleek feeling and lightweight by themselves. The boxes are quite heavy due to the size and volume.
The size of the tiles may be a bit awkward to handle in the smaller spots, but I’m thinking of getting
one of those contour gauge things to make it look more professional.
I think the length will lay better than the square ones simply by design.

An easy and inexpensive way to upgrade any room.

Affordable way to upgradeThis review is for the Grey Travertine Peel and Stick Vinyl Tile. These tiles are 12×24. First off I love the grayish tile style. The absolute best thing about these titles is the fact that you can put them over your existing floor which makes it so much easier and cuts out the complicated part of having to remove the old flooring first which we have done before and the world PAIN comes to mind. You just have to make sure that you clean the floor really well first if you are going to tile over it. Also make sure it’s level. This was very easy to do, just simply peel and stick them and make sure each tile is flush to the other. I recommend not walking on them for a couple hours after as that tends to help them not to shift. The most complicated part for us was cutting the tiles around the toilet, you have to be precise and have the proper tools to get it right but we managed. The final touch was caulking around the toliet and done! Looks so much nicer than the older 19 yr old tile that was there when we moved in. Quality seems good. Just gotta wait and see how they hold up but I definitely recommend as this is an affordable way to upgrade your home.

Great buy for the priceI used these in my bathroom and it turned out beautiful compared to what it was before. I am not a professional by any means and I think I did a good job. It was easy to cut it with an exacto knife and I used gorilla glue spray just to make sure they don’t move

  8. Alexandra

Looks greatOur bathrooms in our new house have very dated tile, so we covered it with this flooring! Easy to install and looks great. We’ve gotten so many compliments on it, and you can’t beat the price! Really happy with this purchase.

Armstrong peel and stick tilesI’m really happy with the peel and stick tiles!
I was a little nervous to start, but there are
great YouTube videos that make it so easy.
It was nice to be able to lay down tiles and
adjust the position to line up. Once I put
pressure on them (stand on it) the tiles stuck
straight to the concrete. My unfinished
basement is looking a lot more “finished!”
The white and gray marble color
    looks so beautiful!

More white than greyMaybe it’s because l am switching from black marble vinyl so it’s a stark contrast visually but this seems more white than grey in color. Either way it’s a great weight, no shipping damage, great adherence so far and a breeze to install. I placed it over existing peel and stick and rolled a marble rolling pin over each tile as l went. Didn’t realize this was Textured when l ordered it and l am worried it will be harder to keep clean with multiple dogs in the house.
