Great little generator!I bought this for the dual fuel feature and it’s outstanding. No more gasoline smell if you don’t want. Just run it on propane. There is a “slight” propane smell but nothing too bad. I like the fact that I don’t have to worry about gas spilling anywhere. Syncs up very nice with my Delta Max and Delta Max battery for auto-start charging and auto-stop. Would highly recommend this as a backup power supply!

I Have the Power!I bought the Eco Flow Delta Pro because my wife is now on oxygen and needs the oxygen concentrator to run 24 hours A-day and I sleep with a Cpap machine. The Delta Pro will run these 2 appliances for approximately 10 hours. I then purchased the smart generator dual fuel because it runs on propane. So to keep our medical equipment running 24 hours a day, I’ll have to run the generator for about 4 hours A-day. Am I happy? Absolutely! I am going to buy the 2 extra batteries for this system. I do have one suggestion to make this all perfect. Add a receptacle to the Delta Pro so you don’t have to unplug one of the batteries to use the generator.

Great brand and quality.Already had the original gas only generator. This one if great with the option for gas or propane. Ecoflow is a great choice for your power needs.

EcoFlow Smart Generator (Dual Fuel)I’ve been very pleased with the EcoFlow Smart Generator (Dual Fuel)! It is significantly quieter than my larger “traditional” generator. Everything thus far has performed exactly as advertised. I’ve only used it on propane and have no intentions of using gasoline. It generates a solid 1600W just as promised on propane. The integration with my Delta 2 and Delta Pros works perfectly, including the auto-start / auto-stop features based on Delta battery levels. I changed the oil after 1.5 hours and it came back relatively clean, with the expected initial break-in flakes and dirt. Will be changing it again at the 10 hour point and then plan to follow the normal maintenance schedule. My only two suggestions is to 1) purchase a magnetic oil cap to help capture future metal flakes (keep the original for level measurements), and 2) purchase an extension/adapter for changing the oil, especially draining the oil. Either that or make your own. Otherwise, you end up draining the oil through the bottom of the otherwise pristine unit (per design). If that’s the only design “flaw” then this still gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Very happy and pleased with this and the other EcoFlow products I’ve purchased. Well designed, solid, and great integration.

Reliable Energy Backup to My Battery Power StationThis is a great product and serves as a backup to my ecoflow delta pro power station. Being able to use with propane is huge plus as it is cleaner than gasoline and is able to provide energy to my delta pro while it is powered to portable solar panels at the same time. Was able to do a test run and had the ignition running at the first try.

The Missing LinkI’ve always been jealous of the “Van Lifers” who have those $$$$ battery systems that charge automatically by starting the vehicle and then shutting off when it’s charge up. I can do that with this, hooked to a propane tank but in a truly portable system.

A Clean Machine. There’s a number of ways to start this very efficient little generator.
The fact that you can run this on propane keeps the carburetor from gumming up and eliminates the need to store gasoline fuel.

works great and nice peice of mindGot this to charge our Delta Pro and Max as well as a backup for our RV if needed and it works perfectly. Gives just enough power and it once not having to carry other fuel.

Generator is Currently UselessThe generator sounds like it will be a great product but I wouldn’t know because I can’t use it. They did not have the connector that is ESSENTIAL for using it with my Delta Pro. I can only let it sit in my family room and hope that sometime soon the connector will become available. I can’t even pre-purchase the cord and have it shipped immediately. I have to hope that I find out about before they are all gone again and I’m out of luck. Keep my fingers crossed!

DisappointedAt first did start (on propane) using the smart connection with Ecoflow DeltaPro (mostly after 4 or 5 attemps or me manual pull start) however yesterday and today it failed. even using the hand pull start would NOT work. I would like to keep it but not if it doesn’t work properly. Maybe a bad unit
